Unknown miscreants have made their way into the Headmaster’s Office of SDA Junior High School Located in Kpaguri Residential Area, a Suburb of Wa Municipality.

According to the Headmaster, the Incident Occured on the 7th Of May 2022. He Narrated that after 11pm he went to the school to monitor the school’s environment ahead of resumption of school activities on 10th of May, it was during his visit he opened his office to see items scattered around and some gadgets missing,he went further to add that he checked around the office to know if someone had made his way into the office and realised the window was broken into.

“I realised that the window was cut open and the channel created led to our church’s mini room allocated to keep some logistics, we realised some curtains belonging to the church were taken way as well, the miscreants didn’t pass through the door because it’s metallic, I suspect they didn’t want to draw attention with the noise pollution that would be created, things have even been disorganized in my office, lickers have been broken, there is no money in the office and I need to report this to authorities by formal writing” Mr Sotenge Andrews stated.

“I have informed my Circuit Supervisor about the issue but I have to put it to formal writing also to inform the Municipal Education Directorate”.

A desktop computer was however spared including other test books, but a sound system used for teaching and other ICT tools were taken away.

The Headmaster urged The Education Directorate to provide security for basic schools in order to curb such Developments.
