The Special aid to Upper West Regional Minister, Mr. Abdul Rahman Meigoro has indicated that his office has noted down the concerns for the Regional Prisons Wall to be fixed.

According to the Special Aid, he will surely notify the Regional Minister for formal reports to be made to headquarters in order for authorities to get the wall fixed.

The Prison Wall Collapsed on the 18th of August 2020 after rains accompanied by storm had an impact on it, no prisoners escaped.

Within the Prison fence wall is a public basic School Managed by the Ghana Education Service.
