Some fuel stations in Wa have expressed worry with the rare at which some customers keep coming to fuel stations to demand for Ghc3 worth of fuel.

According to some attendants, the development is affecting the fuel dispensing machines.

The added that such an amount equivalent to 0.25 litres at some pumps cannot move above 4 kilometers.

Prices of fuel have shot up in wide margine with patrol selling at Ghc13 at some pumps, diesel goes for an amount above Ghc15 at the Pumps.

The development has resulted in prices of some goods going up including sugar, eggs, rice, bread, cement etc as a result of transportation.

A dollar sells at Ghc14 currently, a development that will trigger a further increase in fuel prices.
