Past Students of St. Francis Xavier Minor Seminary located in Wa have drafted a letter to congratulate the Bishop of Wa, Most Rev. Richard Kuuia Baawobr on his newly found position as Cardinal.

The Bishop is set to be officially outdoored in August 2022 with some West African Bishops.
