Yakubu Jendaw(Right) with a Caretaker at the Organization in Aahiyoo

A Group of Friends in the Wa Municipality have been touched by the recent story of an Orphanage home running without enough food to feed over 160 children enrolled in the charity organization to access formal education.

The needy children according to caretakers would have gone weeks without food but thanks to Yakubu Jendaw and friends who heard their plea for support, they donated several food items amidst the stiffness of the economy to the needy children at Aahiyoo a community few Kilometers away from the heart of Wa.

The Items were received by Caretakers of Home Light Orphanage home and the children were enthused by the gesture of Yakubu Jendaw and friends, they came out in their numbers to sing, recite the Qur’an and pray for the Benevolent Individuals.

Home Light Orphanage Home has been in Operation for over 6 years in the Wa Municipality and is open to admit more students who have no patents.

The Urged the society to support the Organization with food and clothes for it to run smoothly.
