Vice Chancellor of Dr Hilla Limann Technical University, Prof Elias K Sowley has Advocated for Graduates of the University to Apply Soft Skills in their Daily Life Practices in order to attract the Opportunities they need to reach their goals.

Speaking during the School’s 4th Congregation Ceremony, the Vice Chancellor Discouraged Students from Cultivating Egocentric Attitudes in them on the way Up.

He also Used the Avenue to Announce that the Institution since it’s conversion into technical University has Introduced 7 Bachelor of Technology (Degree) Programs.

“.. institutions prioritize soft Skills, Don’t be surprised when graduates with pass do well in the job market than their colleagues with first class..”

He emphasized on the Need to build a good attitude and social capital.

“..Soft skills, your Human relations, how you relate with people, some of you don’t greet people on your way, when you are greeted you choose to respond or not, soft skills are very important…”

The Vice Chancellor Prof. Elias K Sowley Touched on how the absence of Hostel facilities is affecting Teaching and Learning.

“We don’t have hostels we have great potential but the lack of Student of hostel is an issue..”

He made the statements when he was speaking to graduands of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University during their 4th Congregation. 365 Students Graduated on the 3rd of June 2023.
