A Security Man by name Dakpuli from Kpongu has been kidnapped within the daily market of Wa Technical Institute.

The Incident Occured early hours of 16th September 2022 at Noor Ventures.

His Lazy Chair, Water container was taken away. Traces of blood was also wiped out to avoid traces.

Police have since visited the scene to take relevant information that will lead to Investigations.

Some Aggrieved Youth at the scene burnt car tyres to express their displeasure with the rate of abduction in the Town.

The have since marched towards the Wa Naa’s Palace as at 12:00pm today.

The tally of security men attacked in Wa have gone up to three with two missing and one admitted at the Upper West Regional Hospital.

The Deputy Commander of Police, DCOP Waahu has stormed the abduction screen to restore calm.

Meanwhile, Tricycles have been banned effective 13th September 2022 from moving after 10pm.
