Assembly Man for Kambali Electoral Area, Hon. Masahudu Jabagdao has referred to the recent interruption of power supply in the region as unfortunate and unhealthy as people are exposed to Cerebrospinal Meningitis in the season of March.
Accroding to the Assembly Man, the month is mostly very warm and as result many people rely on fans in their rooms for air, he explained that in the absence of this, people sleep amidst the warm weather which is highly likely to bring about CSM.
The health worker went further to highlight that there is the need for the Volta River Authority to attend to the sudden development regarding electricity in order to avoid deaths we may regret and blame on the elderly in our society.
