The Upper West Regional Director of Communication for the New Patriotic Party,  Mr. Bukari Ali has joined the Race by Applying to be considered for the Slot of District Chief Executive of Wa West District.

In a List of 129 for Upper West,  Mr. Ali Bukari is part of the 18 Members who have applied including the Incumbent District Chief Executive,  Mr. Sabo Labiir.

Many have opined that Mr. Ali has an Upper Hand because the Constituency Chairman is His Brother,  others have also suggested that his good relationship with the Upper West Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party,  Mr. S.B Kangberee will give him an Upper Hand in clinching the slot of DCE ahead of his co-contenders.

The Schedule for Interview for Applicants for Wa West is slated for Thursday 20th May 2021.
