The President of Ghana,  Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will be visiting the Upper West Region after his tour through the Savannah Region.

His visit to the Region will commence on Tuesday 13th of July 2021 and end on the 14th of July 2021.

He will be expected at the Wa Airport at 9:30am on Tuesday per the Itinarary from the Regional Coordinating council,  he will proceed to GBC Radio Upper West before meeting the Wa Naa,  Naa Fuseini Pelpuo IV in his palace at 10:30am.

He will be visiting Tumu in the Sissala East Municipality on same Day and will be paying a courtesy call on the Tumu Kuoro,  Richard Babini Kanton,  The President will afterwards commission the Business Resource Center in Tumu and will return to Wa After that.

He will in the Next Day,  14th of July 2021 depart from Wa to Lambussie to pay a courtesy call on the Lambussie Kuoro, afterwards,  he will proceed to pay a courtesy call on the Acting President of the Nandom Traditional Council and will also inspect some ongoing projects in Nandom,  have lunch at the residence of the Minister for Interior and Afterwards attend a radio interview,  he will then depart from Nandom to Wa and finally fly out of the Region at 4:30pm on the 14th of July 2021.
