The Assembly Member for Lassia Tuolu Electoral area, Hon. Arah Michael Sei-uu has stated that his electoral area roads are deplorable.
In an interview with Upperwestmedia Team  he sighted an instance where some roads close to his electoral area including Varemperi Roads were reshaped whilst the major road leading to Lassia from Vieri was neglected.

He added that the Nature of Lassia Roads have caused too many accidents which are unfortunate. The Road leading from Vieri to Lassia is an Economic Road estimated to be about 15 Kilometers, the road is exposed to erosion and as a result parts of it has been washed away by water, some sedimentary rocks have also taken over the road making it difficult for vehicles to use the road smoothly.

“Our road has not been worked on, works begun in Vieri but not in Lassia, last year(2021), some roads were fixed but my electoral area was neglected. We need bridges on some parts of the road, from here to Nekuteng, there are lots of potholes and this can result in Accident, the nature of our roads is nothing to write home about, the authorities should step inn and assist”.

The Assembly Member called on the Wa West District Assembly headed by Miss Vida Diorotey to Come to their Aid in Reshaping their Roads.
