
Assembly Member for Kpongu in the Wa Municipality, Hon. Kawabdeen Shaibu has stated that some youth in his electoral area were peeved after some unknown men stormed the town to place GPS Plates on their walls without following due process.
In an interview with The Upperwestmedia Team, he went further to explain that no due diligence as followed including drawing the attention of traditional authorities before carrying out their works in the town.
He continued that most Residents still use the address numbers issued by Agamal thereby neglecting the address issued from the Ghana Post GPS App launched by the Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Some youth wanted to stopped them and when they call me I said I know nothing about them but I told them to allow them to do their work once they claim they are from a governmental entity and let’s see what next,
Up till now nothing from their ends.
Most of us have disregarded their own and still using the agamal address.
I’m a number one example, am still using agamal GPS provided.
