Good News For All Environmentalist, Climate Change Activists & Shea Lovers

The Shea tree (wild) normally takes 10 to 15 years to mature. This long maturity period has been a major disincentive to shea being grown as a cash tree crop. The good news now is that; a well catered for grafted-shea takes 3 to 6 years to start fruiting. Great break through for all shea, environmental and climate change activists/advocates.
These shea trees are just two-and-half year and have started flowering. Great work by Dr Julius Yeboah and team @CRIG, Bole Substation. There are Shea seedlings available for interested persons for the 2022 planting season. #EarthMonth #SaveTheSheaLandscape #ClimateActionNow
