The Ghana Water Company Limited will be interrupting water Supply within the Wa Municipality in order to fix some technical issues at their distribution site.

In a formal notice to the Media by the Public Utility Regulatory Commission, PURC, it stated:

INTERRUPTION IN WATER SUPPLY IN THE WA MUNICIPALITY

Available information from the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) to the PURC indicate that there will be interruption in water supply to the Wa Municipality on Sunday 10 and Monday 11 April, 2022.

This is to allow emergency essential maintenance works to be carried out at Dorimon.

The public is entreated to store adequate water for this period.
