A Man in Police Uniform has reportedly issued a threat to a civilian after seizing his bike for traffic offenses. The Development was published by the Victim on social media, 3rd November 2022.

In the Statement of the Victim by name Osman Adam, he explained that the Officer without a name tag declined to give out his name when he was confronted, he continued that the Officer Assaulted him physically and threatened to distort his character.

Police in an incomplete uniform and no name tags took my bike yesterday and as I was asking for his name, they feel offended and  one physically attacked me for not allowing them to pick up my bike without giving me his name, but he rather said: “I will report that you insulted the whole Wa police service and the Commander that they are fools”…

I told him ” But you know I didn’t do that”.

And his reply was shocking,
He said: ” I don’t care, my word and your word which one do you think will work?”.

He proved that he has done that to people and knows exactly what he is saying because, he said all these things out loud before he attacked me the second time trying to grab the phone I was using to record the conversation.

I have some recordings but who do I report to…???
