An Outspoken Radio Personality within the Wa Municipality, Napoleon Derry has Advocated Against the Get rich quick attitude of most young men and women in the Region.

Speaking on Dryve 921 Program Yesterday 8th February 2023, he referred to instances where people working as employees in organizations programmed their minds to work ‘smart’ instead of working hard, he condemned that Premeditation stating without mincing words that working smart is for Chief Executive Officers or Business Owners and not Sobordinates.

“As a worker or an employee, you can’t work smart, you can only work hard, that’s the problem with us, if you work smart as an employee, the end result is to get fired, Working smart is for Chief Executive Officers and Business Owners not Employees, once you attain the status of business owner, you can work smart”

He also Discouraged the Youth from putting too much monetary demands on themselves.

“All these wrong things happening is because we over bill ourselves, the ladies demand so much from the guys and the other way round…”.

Smart is a mild word used to describe a way of using dubious means such extortion to earn more income.
