One of The Biggest Annual Unity Festivals in Upper West Region Dubbed All Black Affair is set to take place on 10th of March 2023 at Upland Hotel.

Speaking to the Public Relations Officer of Hope Dreams and Ideas(HDI), Mr. Timothy Nambazing, he indicated that the Program will extend from 10th to 11th and serve as a Night of lightening one’s soul and reflecting on the past that gave us today.
