Dr.Adam Bonaa is a security and safety expert /Analyst with more than 20 years of experience in counter Terrorism, Defense and Intelligence, International Relations Expert, Designing and
implementing Security and Safety solutions for private customers as well as the Government domestically and across the world.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Kazz group of companies, which is made up of Security Warehouse Limited, Supreme Techno Security Ltd, Solargen Ghana Limited, Global Trackers and Car Alarms ltd, and Kazz Multimedia Ltd. He is also the Executive President of the Institute of Security Safety Policy Research -ISSAPR.

Dr. Bonaa is the chairman of the ministerial committee on Pre- Mixed Concrete Operation and Haulage of the Ministry of Road and Highways.

Dr. Bonaa is the immediate past Vice Chairman of the Ghana chamber of Construction Industry, the Apex body that manages the built environment sector players in Ghana such as the Ghana institute of Architects, Ghana institute engineering, Ghana institute surveyors, Ghana road contractors association, progressive road contractors association, Ghana Artisans association,
Institute of Planners, institute of engineering and Technology and Security/Health and Safety
organizations.

He is a board member of the National Skills boards, a board responsible for Policy formulation in
the area of Technical and Vocational education in Ghana TVET.

He has won many awards in the past and present: Best security/safety Technology Entrepreneur, Security personality of the Year 2021 Organized the West African international Press-Heroes of
Distinction Awards and several others
He was one time National Coordinating Secretary of the Ghana Union of Professional Students GUPS.

As a result of the various professional positions held, affiliations and leadership roles he has accrued wide–ranging experiences including management, strategy formulation, programme
development, project formulation, implementation and operational management. He also brings

Dr. Bonaa was the Lone voice Advocating for a National Security and Safety POLICY for Ghana for over Ten years till it was finally put together by the Ghana Government and experts including himself in 2020 which has become the first National security strategic Policy document for the Republic of Ghana.

He is from Issa in the Dafiama-Issa-Bussie District of Upper West Region. His father was Late the late DSM Rtd Mombo , late WO1 Rtd Jakpa was his Uncle. He is from Issa-Kaziyiri.
