A DELEGATION FROM KFW PAYS  A WORKING VISIT TO DHLTU

A delegation from Kreditanstalt Fur Wiederaufbau (KFW) on April 20, 2022, paid a working visit to DHLTU. The team was received by the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Professor Insah Baba, on behalf of the Vice Chancellor.

The team leader, Mr. Jonas Petrenz, informed the Pro-Vice Chancellor that the team was in the University to assess the Administration Block towards the installation of a 200 kilowatt solar power system.

He added that the Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University was selected among thirty-six (36)  institutions for the “Ghana Go Solar Project”

Mr. Jonas Petrenz hinted that the tendering process for selection of International Consultants for the project will soon commence.

The Pro-Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude to the team for selecting DHLTU to be one of the beneficiary Institutions. He added that students of the Electrical/ Electronics Engineering Department will be given the needed training to assist in the operation and maintenance of the Solar Power, when installed.
