Voting has ended in Sawla-Tuna-Kalba Constituency located in the Savannah Region of Ghana, some voters and party sympathizers have exchanged foul words with some polic officers deployed to the voting center to maintain decorum in the center.

According to the Youth, the Police Officers have denied them access to the Coalition center, a decision they do not want to take lightly.

Some Party members have begun unethical pronouncements to that effect, resulting in instability.

According to the Savannah Regional NDC Chairman, Alhaji Seidu Imoro’s statements at the Voting Grounds, he indicated that the Youth won’t be allowed into the Voting Ground in order to ensure counting goes on smoothly.

Two party members are currently in the race and they are:

Chiwitey Dery who is the Incumbent Member of Parliament, Chorcitey Matthew, Ernest Yengbalang Botah Nuhu Seidu.

There is Physical Assault on Some Birifor Youth heading home, police is yet to restore calm.
