After Seventeen Years of Tussle to replace the Late Yiripuo Dorsan Tanye of Chapuri Traditional Area in Jirapa Municipality, the late Divisional Chief has finally gotten a replacement after close door consultations and traditional proceedings.

The Newly Enskinned Chapuri Naa, Naa Debuo Tulongbong II was enskinned on 13th of May, 2023 After over a decade of prolonged disputes.

Residents of the Community have expressed Enthusiasm over the Enskinnment over their New Chief indicating that his Enskinnment will create room for more development in the area.

The new chief by name Mahama Kpaaga is a retired BOG staff, based in Accra, the Capital of Ghana.

His Queen by Name Queen mother Modesta Kpaniku was equally enskinned on the same day,13th May 2023.
