Upper West Regional Minister, Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih has invigorated over 300 graduates of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University during the graduation ceremony to pursue more skills and certifications after acquisition of their Higher National Diploma Certificates.

In a Statement he was issuing to the Public during the School’s 4th Congregation Ceremony at the Forecourt of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University’s Library, The Minister bemoaned overhearing some students expressing tiredness after obtaining HND Certificates.

‘..I was disappointed when some of you said you were tired, how can you be tired after achieving an HND Certificate? Please don’t be tired, I just mentioned that I achieved HND in 2002, I went ahead to get a post graduate diploma, a first degree, 7 Masters Degrees..” the Minister Said.

Three Hundred and Sixty Five Students Graduated from the University and were awarded Higher National Diploma Certificates.

After the passing of the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922), the Technical Universities (Amendment) Act 2018 (Act 974) and the Technical Universities (Amendment) Act 2020 (Act 1016), the institution was converted to a Technical University.

Out of the Number, 237 were male whilst 128 were female. The Dispensing Technology Department Produced the Highest Number of Students with 107.
