People of Nadowli Expressed worry over unfortunate developments happening within the District Hospital.

The hospital Popularly Known as ‘Upper West Korle Bu’ was established as an Urban Health Centre in 1987 before It was upgraded to its current state.

These are some of the Reports people of Nadowli Outlined During their Registration.

Firstly, The People of Nadowli Complained about Disunity amongst staff of the Hospital, “Division Among Staff Must Stop”. This Means several staff may not be in Talking terms and this Social issue can affect productivity and coordination in the facility.

Secondly, On a Slate Displayed to the Media Lenses, some Residents called.for the Hospital Administrator’s Transfer from the District Hospital, “Admin Must Go”.

Thirdly, A Statement Released during the Demonstration suggested that some projects and contract may have been inflated in the facility, resulting is financial loss to the state. “Why Contract Sum Inflation??”.

Fourthly, Some Placards Suggested the hospital is into sale of Donated Blood by some donors, a development that has caused worry amongst residents of the area. “Stop the Sale of Blood Donated to the Facility”.

Last but Not the Least, “Pay Our Casual Workers Now”. Several demonstrator have suggested that some casual workers may be denied what is due them in the form of renumeration.

Lastly, “Poor OPD Services”, According Demonstrators, the facility has OPD Poor Services, A Development they are calling on management to quickly address.
