The Wa Circuit Court Headed by his Lordship Jonathan Avogo has rescheduled the Final Hearing on case of Rashid Ahmed Popularly Known As Anaata to Tuesday, 3rd of October 2023.

The Embattled Paedophile has been Accused of Defiling over 30 girls out of which 13 cases were filed in Court.

He was detained in Police Custody but later Transferred to the Prison’s Custody Pending Investigations.

Judgment will be delivered on 3rd October 2023 at 10am.

However, there were several Allegations that some sympathizers of Rashid Anaata Resorted to Spiritual Means to get the Suspect Discharged during the final hearing.

Some Supposed spiritual items prepared specially to manipulate the minds of influencial people involved in the case and it’s proceedings were intercepted on a crossroad at Kunta, a suburb of the Wa Municipality.

The items included a white cloth and three eggs, on the white cloth, three names were Yussif Baba (BAHASS), Saeed Abdul Shakur (State Attorney) and Umar Kunateh (Asprilla).

Per The 1992 Constitution,an Individual who defiles a girl below the age of 16 years and is found guilty by a court of law shall serve a prison sentence of at least 8 Years and at Most 25 years.
