Dumba Celebration in set to last for a week and begun of the 28th of September 2023 with Mui Tuunhibu as explained by Adam Jamal, a Member of the Royal Family:

“Dumba 2023 day 1. Picking and sorting of rice ( Mui tuhibu) the initial ritual that commences the festival. This was successfully done by the Wa naa, his council of chiefs and elders, imams, tendamba, bognamine( worrior chiefs), pognamine ( queens) foriko and princes in the traditional area today, the 28th of September, 2023.”

Day 5 Has been interesting and several Musicians are set to hold performances at the forecourt of the Overlord, Wa Naa Fuseini Pelpuo IV though the rains are destructing some processes of the Dumba festivities. The Overload shall Jump Over a Cow a mark of New Dawn on Day 6.

A Traditional/Cultural Writer, Toppie Suleiman has also explained what Elders used to do in the Past when it rained in the middle of The Dumba Festivities comparing the differences with Today(2023).

In those days, whenever the celebrations of Dumba was threatened by rain, the Tengdaamba would step in, called on God Almighty through the lesser gods to intercede and God will listen.

Now, We are made to belief our traditional way of worship did not accept the Oneness, omnipotence and Omnipresence of God which is basically without facts. That was pure blackwashing of our culture and traditions by those Foreigners in their attempt to infiltrate our ranks with their way of worship which they have succeeded.

Dumba under the auspices of HRM Wa Naa Fuseini Pelpuo IV continues unabated
