The Most Patronized Network Company in Ghana is Set to Invest 1Billion Dollars in Their Services and they have So far Invested $600 Million According to Madam Adwoa Wiafe, the Chief Corporate Services and Sustainability Officer.

Some New Services the Company has brought into place Include the Ayoba Android Application, an Encoder, Decoder Software that seeks to compete with popular applications such as WhatsApp and the Ayo With Care Service for life insurance.
“..This Digital, Super App is a Competitor to Whatsapp, reliable for Chatting, I’ll urge us to download and use it..” Madam Adwoa Wiafe Stated.
She threw more emphasis on the Purpose of MTN Being Established, which is for it to Lead in Digital Service Delivery to their Customers around the World.

It’s Mission is to be Africa’s Largest Mobile Network Operator, Providing voice, Data, fintech, digital, enterprise, wholesale and API Services to more than 289 million Customers in 19 markets.
Strategic Priorities of the Company includes building the Largest and most Valuable Platforms, Drive industry leading connectivity operations, create shared value, Accelerate portfolio transformation.
Some Other Activities to be Undertaken by MTN Include Structural Separation to Unlock Value, MTN Mobile Money(MoMo) shall be a stand alone company whilst Network operations will equally stand Alone.
In 2023, 210 Million Dollars Has been Spent So Far on establishing 4G Network Service.
CHENOSIS
To Monitor Digital Activities including Fraud, Support App Developers to have Access to information Database for their Applications. For instance a Developer of an App on weather forecasting will need updates from some institutions.

A Major Challenge the Company Faces is the destruction of their fiber Optic Cables during Road and Building Constructions. A Notable Area at which their Cables were destroyed included Kintampo in the Bono East Region.
In 2022 Alone, MTN Contributed 54.0 Billion Cedis in Government Revenue.
