The Chief Executive Officer of BAHASS Foundation, Mr. Yussif Baba has exclaimed that several people thought the Wa Circuit would relent in Serving Justice when the issue of Anaata’s Defilement Cases were put before Court.

Speaking to Upper West Media Team on the 3rd of October 2023, he expressed pride in Associating himself with the Law adding that the Sentence issued to Rashid Ahmed by the Wa Circuit Court Headed by his Lordship Jonathan Avogo will deter other young men from Defiling upcoming children in the society.

“…what made me proud is, today is one of my memorable days I will never forget, many thought it was going to be a failed process, I took the bold step to fight for justice for these children, Alhamdulillah we have achieved..”

Before the Court’s judgement, Yussif Baba, Umar Kunateh and Lawyer Saeed Abdul Shakur were taken though some spiritual processes in order to influence them, their names were written on a white cloth together with some eggs used to manipulate them.
