A Well Known Journalist and Corresponding Reporter of Ghana News Agency in Upper West Region, Mr. Prosper K. Kuosoh has moved from His Field of Media Reporting to become an Assistant Lecturer at the Department if Communication Studies of the Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (SDD-UBIDS).

His Move has created a gap in the Media fraternity within the Upper West Region.

Mr Kuorsoh is the Upper West Regional Secretary of the Ghana Journalist Association, Upper West Region. He also Reported for the Dispatch Newspaper from 2008 to 2009 as part Time Reporter. He served as A Voluntary English Teacher for Lassia Tuolu SHS in the Wa West District from 2008 to 2009.

He is a Past Student of the University for Development Studies UDS Where he Pursued his Bachelor’s Degree, he Proceeded to Offer his Master of Philosophy (Mphil) in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Education, Winneba.

He was exalted by the University of Education, Winneba over the feet chalked in Journalism.

The Office for Institutional Advancement (OIA) of the University of Education, Winneba, wishes to extend warm congratulations to Mr. Prosper K. Kuorsoh for winning the Best Journalist Award in Health Reporting (print category) at the 25th Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Awards held on Saturday, 24th October, 2020 in Accra.

Mr. Prosper K. Kuorsoh is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Philosophy programme in Communication and Media Studies at the Department of Communication and Media Studies, University of Education, Winneba.
