The Upper West Regional Assistant Director of Prisons, Mr. Joseph Miyella has Retired from Active Service today, 15th December 2023. He was born December 15th, 1963.

He was pull out of Office in a Nissan Hardbody with Registration Number GI 249. He received several presents from Dignitaries including the New Upper West Region Police Commander, DCOP Darko Offei Lomotey.

The Upper West Regional Coordinating Council headed by Upper West Regional Minister Dr Hafiz Bin Salih was Present at the Occasion and in a Statement Issued it Reads:

This morning, I was the Guest of Honour at the pull-out ceremony in honour of Assistant Director of Prisons, Mr. Joseph Miyella.

The ceremony which was attended by members of the Regional Security Council and other prominent personalities took place at the forecourt of the Wa Prisons. Mr. Migella has retired from the Ghana Prison Service after several years of dedicated service. He was the Regional Commander of Prisons.
