As Elders will usually say, we learn more from the success stories of others, these three tribes I have outlined above have cultural and traditional bonds that bring them together in solidarity they have occupied sevel positions at the Northern Belt of the country and also nationally.
CEO of the National Ambulance service is one of them and he has proven to be one to the industrious Personalities at that position helping several people into that area. The former president of Ghana, H.E John Dramani Mahama is a Gonna by tribe, late Dr. Hilla Limann, Former President of Ghana is a Sissala by tribe a remarkable feat they enjoy in the North and across the country. I admire Their spirit of togetherness and sense of unity and support, they will do everything to assist you if you are in their good books and part of their culture.

One unique thing about them that drives them forward is kindness, they have the spirit of giving, they appreciate every little efforts you put out for them with kindness, though they are short tempered at times they use every little opportunity to show they are Sorry for what they did, either in Kind of Cash.
In Upper West Region for instance their presence and positive influence is felt amongst us, they are helping in developing the Region in good capacity.
The Current Upper West Regional Medical Director Dr. Robert Amesiya is a Gurune, the Upper West Regional Director of Health Dr Damien Punguyire is Gurune, the Upper West Regional Director of TVET, Mr. Saaka Adams is Gonna, The Deputy Director of GES, Mr. James Ansumah is Gurune, The Upper West Region Director of Ghana Highway Authority is Gurune, The Wa Municipal Director of Education is Sissala and Many Other Notable Personalities.
I keep admiring their strength and focus and asked one of them how they are able to win the favor of God to be able to rise to greater heights and what he told me was that any tribe that builds on Kindness Never fails, you win the favor and mercy of God and can easily rise, some tribes men never help themselves or others so how do you win the sympathy of people to rise. Be kind in your tribe, lift others up, that is when you can rise together, we believe in show off.
We also respect our culture and we use it to protect ourselves, we don’t use it to destroy, we also invest in our spiritual lives.
