It can be recalled that the Aspiring Candidate on Sunday 17th December 2023, Issued a Disclaimer indicating a circulation letter on Social Media Barring him from Contesting in the Parliamentary Primaries is fake and should be disregarded he assure that by 20th of December 2023 he will file to contest the The Incumbent Member of Parliament, Lawyer Ambrose Dery to steer the affairs of the party in order to keep the seat in 2024.

In the Letter Signed by Wuoyang Martin, Secretary of the Constituency on the 14th of December 2023, it indicated that that the Aspirant Openly Campaigned against the Current member of Parliament in the Past, a Development against the Party’s Constitution.
