The Member of Parliament for Jirapa In the Upper West Region, Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah has assured the newly Outdoored chief of Jirapa, Naa Justice Dinaa Donglabong Ganaa III of his support to bring development to the Area.

He gave the assurance at the Naayiri Park during his Enthronement on the 30th of December 2023 in a speech he read.

He also laid emphasid on the fact that he isn’t a chief and doesn’t have interest in chaiftaincy related discusses and it’s related developments.

Statement Below

Let me thank the land lords and the kin makers for selecting Naa Dinaa Donglabong Ganaa III to be the paramount chief of Jirapa traditional area. I am a politician. I’m not a chief. And for that matter, I want to state here clearly that I do not get myself involved in chieftaincy issues.

Chieftaincy, chiefs have their role to play. Politicians have their role to play. We are here to augment the chiefs and the people to bring development to the people. And that is exactly the role that I have been playing, and I will give the new chief that support so that we can bring development to the good people of Jirapa.
