The Member of Parliament and the NDC 2024 Parliamentary Candidate for the Daffiama-Bussie-Issa Constituency Hon Dr. Sebastian Ngmenenso Sandaare has cut sod for the construction of the Youth Center at Bussie- Baliania.

In a short ceremony organized by the youth, the MP commended them for the unity that exists among them and indicated his preparedness to continue to support youth development. He indicated that the building if completed, will serve as a multipurpose structure in the community.

He supported the project with an initial amount of Ghc20.000.00 for the start of the project. He also used the opportunity to advise the youth to open a bank account in their name so that monies meant for developmental purposes could be channeled through it.

The Member of Parliament has also used the opportunity to donate five (5) street lights and repaired several damaged street bulbs in the Baliania Community to improve the lighting system in the community.
He also pledged to work assiduously to get some three broken boreholes fixed in the shortest time to avoid health-related diseases and the struggles of women for water.

In response, the leader of the community youth, Mr Dorsah Jonas, aka Boozing on behalf of the youth expressed their utmost appreciation to the Law-maker for such support. He also encouraged his colleagues to get involved in the project as unity moves mountains. He also urged the youth to rally behind the MP.

The Member of Parliament was accompanied by the NDC constituency chairman Mr. Tienaah Boniface, constituency Secretary Mr. James Wor, Constituency Organizer, Hon Tabiasi-Naa Peter, some Constituency Executive Committee of the NDC, Bussie East Assembly man, Hon Antuogmen Prosper, Bussie zonal chairman of the party, some Branch Executives, Bussie East Assembly-man-Elect, Hon Maaledoma Prosper and other community members.
