The Upper West Regional Office of National Commission for Civic Education has had its Vehicle Partly grounded after it was left to the Mercy of the Weather Since 2023.

The Vehicle was spotted by Upper West Media Team at the Minteries block A in Wa on Monday 19th December 2023 at 10:32am, exposed to the scorching sun, leaving the vehicle depreciating in value.

The Vehicle with Registration Number NCCE – 28-20 was issued to Various Offices in the Year 2020 During the COVID-19 Pandemic to educate the masses in Deprived and urban areas on the need to observe safety precautions in order not to contract COVID 19 or transmit it.

Speaking to the Regional Management of the Institution in Monday 29th January 2024, Management Indicated that, the Vehicle is in use but was parked in the Sun Awaiting the availability of fuel for movements.

They added that Staff just returned from a break and as a result the vehicle couldn’t have been in use during their holidays, a reason why it was left parked.
