The Upper West Regional Directorate of NCCE located at the Minteries block A has issued a statement to Upper West Media Team concerning a grounded pick up that has been left to the Mercy of the weather since 2023.

Speaking to Management on 29th January 2024 concerning the Vehicle with Registration Number NCCE -28-20, they pointed to the fact that other vehicles are equally parked under the Sun.

“…Look at the other vehicles in the Sun, there is one here which belongs to the national population council it’s in the Sun, check over there, there are others, so it’s no only NCCE…”
