
In a monumental development, the Japanese Embassy and the Daffiama-Bussie-Issa District Assembly today 28th February, 2024 signed a grant in Accra to construct a vital Community-Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compound at Kenkelee . This initiative marks a significant stride towards enhancing healthcare accessibility and bolstering community well-being in the district.
The District Chief Executive and NPP Parliamentary candidate, Hon. Eng. Nadi Imoro Sanda has been lauded for his exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication in securing this transformative grant. His exceptional lobbying skills and collaborative approach have paved the way for this remarkable partnership with the Japanese Embassy, underscoring his commitment to the welfare of the district’s residents.

The forthcoming CHPS compound is poised to serve as a cornerstone of healthcare delivery in the Kenkelee community, offering essential services ranging from maternal and child health to disease prevention and health promotion. With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of skilled healthcare professionals, the compound is poised to address critical health needs and foster a culture of wellness within the community.
