In a swift response to the request of the people, the Member of Parliament for the Wa East Constituency, Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw has swiftly replaced worn-out boreholes with brand new borehole heads in Buleju, Konta, and Viahaa communities in the constituency This move is aimed at addressing the pressing need for improved access to clean and safe water in the communities.

The installation of the new borehole heads is expected to greatly benefit the residents of Buleju, Konta, and Viahaa after they had appealed to the MP to fix their broken boreholes.

The residents of the beneficiary communities have expressed their gratitude for the swift response and much-needed intervention by the MP, highlighting the positive impact it will have on the overall well-being of the communities.

In a similar fashion, the MP has issued three separate letters requesting the Wa East District Assembly to approve the procurement of one brand new boreholes for Balaju in the Gadayiri electoral area and two for Funsi the district capital from his share of the District Assembly CommonFund.

These are deliberate efforts to collaborate with the district assembly towards ensuring easy accessibility to clean and potable water in the district.
