Reports Gathered by Upper West Media Team has revealed today 15th June 2024 that two persons have lost their lives in a Tribal misunderstanding between a Waala bad Birifor Section in Lassia Tuolu Located in the Wa District of Upper West Region.

A DISPUTE IN WA WEST

All is not well in the Lassie area.There is a clash between the Waala people and Brifors. More than two were killed including a sub-chief who is the son of Kendeu.Until his demise , he was a teacher at Islamic girls .

Tribal Conflicts have become common in the Upper West Region Prior to the general elections and a similar incident was recorded at Lambussie District in April 2024.
