They added that questionnaires are Relaible resources for information gathering in addition to face to face interviews which are even hectic and time consuming to carryout.
“The Directors of Education in Upper West Region are encouraged to use questionnaires for soliciting information for informed decision making, this will help them discover what is happening on the grounds and possible way to address them, most of the directors do not have direct contacts with the Grounds, depending on information from immediate supervisors, such information can be distorted or may not be enough considering the numbers these directors deal with but with the questionnaires they will have it easier to gather and analyze the information they need for proper decision making, this can be done termly or annually”.
