Some Security Analysts in Wa Municipality have urged Staff of the Security Services including Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, Ghana Police Service, Ghana Ambulance Service, Ghana Immigration Service etc to be responsible in their actions where ever they find themselves.

According to the Experts, civilians monitor their actions and emulate them in way that do not necessarily conform with laws of the country.

They Made the Observation when Upper West Media Team discussed a Prisons Officer Captured on the ieper Street of Wa Riding An Unregistered Motorbike Contrary to Road Traffic Act – 2004 (Act 683) Section – 41 – Using An Unregistered Motor Vehicle Or Trailer
(1) A person who uses or keeps a motor vehicle or trailer not being an exempt motor vehicle on a road when particulars of the motor vehicle or trailer have not been entered in the register maintained by the Licensing Authority in accordance with section 39, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 250 penalty units or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 12 months or to both.
