The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCO) through VRA will on Saturday 24th August 2024 Take Away Power in Some Areas in Wa and Wa West District.

POWER INTERRUPTION!!

Information reaching the Upper West Regional Office of the Commission indicates that, The Management of VRA-NEDCO Upper West Region wishes to inform it’s cherished customers that, on Saturday August 24, 2024 from 8:00am to 5:00pm , there will be Power Interruption to enable NEDCO carry out Preventive Maintenance works to improve Power Supply Reliability.

The Areas to be affected are Wa Zongo, Kejetia, Kpaguri/Upland, Sombo,Chorkor, Municipal Hospital, Jambusie, Wechau and it’s environs, Dorimon and it’s environs, Siriyiri, Ga and Dabo.

Any inconvenience this might cause is deeply regretted.

The Commission will be monitoring to ensure that power will be restored as soon as work is done.
