The Center for National Culture has taken steps to create productive strategies in Ending some social Setbacks in parts of Upper West Region.
As part of their social and Cultural engagement program to End Child Marriage, Teenage Pregnancy, the Center for National Culture will engage community members in Baayiri located in Wa East District, on the 2nd of October 2024.
The Team Shall Be at Kataar and Guonuo located in the Wa East District on 4th October 2024.As Part of Efforts of Achieve Global Sustainable Development Goals By 2030, Ghana is Poised towards elimination of some social drawbacks including Teenage Pregnancy and Child Marriage which have become a hindrance to Achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 which highlights on the need for Quality Education for All.
Community Sensitization Projects
The issues in the campaign;
Child abuse, Child marriage, Child labour, Child Rights-Sexual abuse, Child Neglect, HIV education, Hand Washing and personal Hygiene Drug abuse Inclusive Education for all Children (both males and females), Acquisition of Birth Certificates for Kids at Birth.
