The Headmaster of SDA Junior High School in Wa Municipality, Mr. Sotenge Zunkara Andrews has called for urgent actions to move SDA Primary located in Duori to Kpaguri, where the JHS is located.

He made a statement about the issue on the 27th of September 2024 during a Parents Association Meeting in the Presence of Parents at SDA JHS in Kpaguri.

“Our performance is affected because of where the primary School is located , it should be feeding the JHS with students but due to the distance, these students complete and go into other schools closer to the primary school in Duori, I have begun plans to discuss that with the Primary School Head.”

He also expressed worry about the inability to read by primary School students coming from SDA Primary urging the Headmistress to step up her works in that area with support of her Teachers.

“..most students from the SDA Primary have challenges in reading, the headteacher should improve on that, it’s worrying when you have to spend time teaching jhs students basic things like reading and writing..”.
