Residence of Kumbiehi, a Suburb of Wa municipality have been left in the state of shock after a newborn baby was found lifeless and an uncompleted building today 9th December 2024.

In the Story Covered by Karky Tuurosung of Home Radio, He Spoke spoke with some residents in the area and they admitted that the baby was found lifeless in a Polythene bag by a young boy who went into an Uncompleted building to free himself.

The male baby suspected to be lifeless was found in an uncompleted Building and several residents were called upon witness it according to a resident in an interview.

“A Young boy was going to free himself and discovered a baby wrapped in Polythene bag in an uncompleted Building here in Kumbiehi, the issue is unfortunate and calls for attention, we have spoken to the assembly member to involve the police in investigations in order to uncover the perpetuator of this act”.

Another Resident by name Alhassan Bawa indicated that he Suspects the act was committed by someone who isn’t married because married people would not engage in such a practice he expressed worry that such a development has found it’s way into the Kumbiehi community urging for community elders to work seriously in order to avert future occurrence.
