A former Upper West Regional Treasurer of the National Democratic Congress, Prince Takyi has called for Dr. Jasaw to be appointed a Minister in President -Elect Mahama’s Administration.

It can be recalled that During The NDC’s Campaign Launch at Bulenga on 17th August 2024, Mr. Abdul Saani Nasir, Upper West Regional Chairman of NDC Promised People of Wa East Constituency that Dr. Jasaw will be made Minister or Deputy Minister of Agric if John Mahama is Made President.

Statement of Prince Takyi.

I, Prince Razak Abdul Moomin Tachi, the former regional treasurer of the Upper West Region, do hereby plead on the president-elect of the Republic and the ministerial appointing authorities to please remember the honourable member for Wa East, Hon. Dr Seidu Jasaw.

This will aid him to engineer his decent and inclusive policies for the comprehensive development of the Wa East District.

Dr. Godfred Seidu Jesaw has a demonstrable track record of inclusivity and competence at whatever job that he has been assigned to execute.

For many years he has worked assiduously to enhance the fortunes of the party (NDC) in the constituency through his open minded application of togetherness with stand up and win and divided we fall.

Having an enviable track record and CV in Agricultural technology and having excelled as deputy Ranking for the Agricultural Committee of Parliament he has gained enough knowledge and experience to excell in that field to help government execute the resetting agenda.

Aside been an expert in agriculture Dr. Godfred Jesaw is also a communications and IT expert, a good entrepreneur, an experience negotiator and a human relations expert.

Adding his international exposure and experience put him also in a better position to assist in his capacity as a former Researcher at JICA -CESAR Africa Project and his invaluable contribution at the LONDON SCHOOL of ECONOMICS and POLITICAL SCIENCE ( LSE) is an added advantage to his impeccable credentials.
