Some Suspected Thieves in a Tricycle popularly Known ‘Mahama Camboo’ run into hiding after they noticed a gentleman they were planning to attack at Choko in Wa Municipality was a police officer.

According to the Officer [Name Withheld], he was riding home to Choko residential area close to Kpaguri at night on Friday, 17th, January 2025 when he noticed a Tricycle parked on the road with its light on.

Whilst Approaching, he sensed danger and decided to arm himself, upon doing that, the Suspects ignited their tricycle and sped off.

According to the Officer, he suspected they wanted to take away his motorbike and other valuables from him.

The officer has cautioned residents of Chokor to be watchful around the area due to how quiet the streets become at night.
