According Reports by Balu Mohammed on Friday, 17th January 2025, he described Kong-Pulima Stretch of Sissala West District as a Deadly Stretch.

The reason being that, the road exposed several travelers to Robbery attacks due to how lonely and Rough it is for traveling, the road has been taken over by potholes compelling travelers to slow down whilst riding or driving.

In August 2023, The Member of Parliament, Hon. Mohammed Sukparu Supported the Gwollu Police Command Headed by DSP Victor Akpakpo with a Royal Motorcycle for Patrol Duties. The Commander indicated that the Bike will be handed Over to the Fielmuo Police Post to assist in Security Related issues in the Area.

Few days ago,a young man from Sakai was shot and killed by unknown assailants between kong and Pulima.This evening, another young person has been shot in the leg and currently at the Tumu government hospital battling for his life.
