The Principal State Attorney, Lawyer Saeed Abdul Shakur has expressed interest in a daily trial of a murder case yet to be out before the Wa High Court involving Abdul Halim Yahaya also known as Adaalee and Isaac Anaatakang @Dapilah.

The Two were arrested and detained pending investigation for reportedly being involved in the Murder of Jontong Naa at Suuriyiri, a Suburb of Wa in April 2024.

Lawyer Saeed Abdul Shakur indicated that the speed of this case will determine how instant justice will be served.

He turned down appeals by the Accused person’s Lawyer calling for the Case to be Transferred from Upper West to another Region.

His Recommendation for the Case to be heard by the Wa High Court was agreed upon by the Wa Magistrate Court.

The Case has been moved to Wa High Court to be heard on Wednesday, 26th of February 2025.

The Second Accused Person, Abdul Halim Yahaya has been Denied Bail.

The First Hearing of February by Wa Magistrate Court was on the 18th.
