The Wa High Court Presided Over by his Lordship Justice Yussif Assibey has adjourned a newly transmitted court Case of Isaac Anaatakang @ Dapilah and Alhaji Abdul Halim Yahaya also known as Adaalee over the murder of Jontong Naa in April 2024.

The Case was at the Wa Magistrate Court on 18th and 21st of February before being Transmitted.

Despite Appeals by the second Accused Person[Halim] and his Lawyer for the Case to be transferred from Upper West Region, their plea was turned down by the Wa Magistrate Court after it was challenged by Principal State Attorney, Lawyer Saeed Abdul Shakur.

The Wa High Court shall sit on the Case on 14th March 2025.

Lawyer of Second Accused Person, Abdul Halim Yahaya also known as Adaalee was absent.
