The Immediate Past Upper West Regional Communication Officer of National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Puo-Ire Prosper has been Appointed by President John Dramani Mahama as Deputy CEO of Social Investment Fund.

Mr. Proper was Communication Officer from 2018 Till 2022 when he lost to Mr. Issah Kantagyere Bonsingwini.

Mr. Prosper is a Catholic, a Past Student of Nandom Senior High School, A Native of Fielmuo in the Sissala West District.

Before his Appointment, he was a Teacher at T.I Ahmadiyya SHS in Wa Municipality.

Some Upper West Regional Party Executives have poured out congratulatory messages to him on social media platforms including Facebook.
